Hey! It's Chris with PrimalPal. I wanted to share a few tips with you, on how you can integrate meal planning into your regular lifestyle. Meal planning does not have to take a lot of time, especially if you're using the PrimalPal Paleo Meal Planning System. It becomes quite fun and easy to plan your meals for the week.
The one thing I always recommend is to choose one day to do your meal planning. That might be Sunday afternoon, where you have little time and things where kind of quite. You can sit down and kind of dive in to what you want to have for dinner, lunch, breakfast, the next week. What we always recommend is you start off with dinner. Plan your dinners each week, that way you can make extra and have leftovers for lunch. It really makes your meal planning a lot simpler.
This is really easy we can just drag and drop some meals. Make sure we have some things planned for the week. I mean this really ... it doesn't get any easier than using PrimalPal to plan your meals. You can obviously search through all the meals, and find specifically what you want. You can change your servings right here, so you can make extra for lunch the next day. And that's a good feature, just to make things easier on you. So you're not planning every single meal every day. That's not really necessary, if you're making extra at dinner so you have leftovers.
The other thing I would recommend is that you take either the same day that you do your planning or different day, it doesn't really matter and do some prep and also do your shopping. Chop all the veggies, get your meat thawing, all those things you need to do. Make sure you do that stuff, then just come over here get your shopping list from PrimalPal. You get your shopping list, go through here and just mark off things that you already have in the pantry or in the fridge. Then either e-mail your list to yourself or just print it out. Take it to the store, get your shopping done and you'll be ready to go.
