It's 2014 and January is almost halfway in the books. Where does the time go? I'm happy to say that we are re-introducing Free Paleo Meal Plan Friday.
Our goal is to make the paleo diet as accessible as possible to people who want to lose some weight, feel awesome and just be healthy overall. We have a few projects that we've been working on that we're looking forward to sharing with you.
