Hi, this with Chad with PrimalPal. I'm going to show you how to navigate from week to week within the PrimalPal Meal Planner.
At the top of the Meal Plan, you will notice a button labeled, "Previous Week" and then another button labeled, "Next Week." And what these buttons allow you to do is navigate from week to week. You can go to previous weeks to see what you planned previously. Your meal plans are never deleted unless you decide to go back and delete them.
You can also go to future weeks, if you want to set-up your meal plan. Maybe want to shop for the next two weeks. If you do your meal planning on two week increments that will be one reason to do it.
The other reason would be maybe you want to plan further in advance. Maybe you want to plan in monthly increments, within the meal planner you can do that. You would simply hit "Previous Week" to go to all previous weeks. Check out the recipes that you planned and then you can also go to future weeks.
Let's say that you are planning your shopping list in your meal plan for two weeks. You have the first week filled out. You'd go to the next and then you would start planning the different recipes within the meal plan. And what that allows you to do is once you get into the shopping list, you could then pick a date range of the next 15 days, to pull through to your shopping list. So you would have enough ingredients to plan for that period.
That is it, very simple, just two simple buttons at the top, "Previous Week", "Next Week" to help you navigate from week to week.
