  1. Peel avocados and remove pit, place all pieces in a bowl with a flat-ish bottom and mash with a fork.
  2. Add in garlic and lime/lemon juice.
  3. Mash/stir thoroughly.
  4. Scrap into a pretty bowl and serve (or eat it all yourself, no judgement here).
*You only really need to have the main 3 ingredients to make awesome guacamole, but if you want to get fancy with it try adding some of the optional spices and vegetables in.
