  1. Heat up your skillet on medium and melt a tablespoon of butter.
  2. Crack you eggs into a bowl and wisk with a fork until yolks are blended.
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir and mix around continuously cooking for 60 seconds.
  4. Take off the heat for 45 seconds and continue cooking and mixing around the eggs.
  5. Put back on the heat and add the green onions cooking for another 45 seconds.
  6. Cook the eggs until done how you desire and serve them up.
